Under article 2 of the airport general provisions
set by the Civil Aeronautics Administration (Ministry
of Transportation and Communication), the
following items are managed by the airports
subordinate to the Administration:
- Items operated and managed by airports.
- Management and maintenance of land, facilities
and equipment at the airport.
- Air personnel on the spot inspection
and management of aircraft and ground safety
handling.
- Prevention, rescue and first aid of airport
disasters and aviation accidents.
- Airport dynamic surveillance and handling
of irregular incidents.
- Monitoring and prevention of airport noise
and allocation of airport budget.
- Other relevant items.
